United States-based medical devices and health care company Abbott (NYSE: ABT) announced on Friday that its board of directors declared a quarterly common dividend of USD0.59 per share.
This represents the 405th consecutive quarterly dividend since 1924. Payment is scheduled for 15 May 2025, to shareholders of record as of 15 April 2025.
Abbott has raised its dividend for 53 consecutive years. Inclusion in the S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats Index reflects its commitment to annual dividend increases for over 25 years.
