US-based fertility services provider IVFMD announced on Wednesday that five of its physicians have been honoured with 2025 Castle Connolly Top Doctors recognition.

Castle Connolly Top Doctors are chosen by their peers, after which the Castle Connolly research team assesses specific criteria to see who is eligible as a Top Doctor. This includes consideration of each nominee's professional qualifications, education, hospital and faculty appointments, research leadership, professional reputation, disciplinary history, interpersonal skills and outcomes data. Castle Connolly Medical Advisory Board has vetted and endorsed the recognition methodology.

Those with IVFMD named as Top Doctors include Connie Alford-Bartruff, MD; Kenneth Gelman, MD; Sabrina Gerkowicz, MD; Jenna McCarthy, MD; and Kimberly Thompson, MD.

According to IVFMD, Castle Connolly Top Doctors represent the top 7% of all US practising physicians, and these doctors earned this recognition from a pool of over 1,000,000 US doctors.
